What is the eligibility criteria to get qualified for the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)?

For getting qualified, you must be acknowledged in the IRCC's Express Entry pool and given a $350 non-refundable application fee through Visa or your MasterCard.

You may meet the requirements if you reside out of Canada or possess evidence of lawful position in Canada, you are also not a refugee applicant, and:

  • Possess an applicable Express Entry Profile Number along with your Job Seeker Code.
  • Attain at least 60 points in the point assessment grid of SINP.

The points you gave on your EOI will decide the probability of getting an invitation. Candidates with the best scores in the collection of candidates will get a better chance of getting an invitation to apply. An EOI- International Skilled Worker is not your application for the SINP. It just demonstrates your interest to apply to SINP and gives your experiences.

Only a few applicants who present an EOI International Skilled Worker will be given an invitation to apply. The figure of applicants who can present an EOI has no limit. Candidates should only have a single EOI profile.
