Refund Policy

  • Our refund policy states that if we are unable to acquire an offer letter from your required university/ college your entire amount is going to be refunded but if you change your mind and need to withdraw the appliance then the whole amount is going to be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

No Refund Policy

  • The company won't provide any refund if the candidate fails to attend the interview call or is not able to submit documents at the specified time for processing the application or visa.
  • A refund will also not be provided if the candidate drops his/her mind for any reason for the admission process once the admission process is started.
  • The company won't provide any refund if the candidate decides to get admission in different courses/countries or the candidate now wants a visa under the other category after the registration on his own other through the other person/ agency.

Refund just in case of rejection by the talents Assessment-

No refund is going to be provided if the candidate is rejected on the following grounds-

  • Unsuccessful in medical tests by the scholar.
  • Failure in providing an acceptable police clearance certificate.
  • Failure to prove sufficient assets and funds for settlement by the candidate or his/her relations included within the application
  • If you submit fraudulent reports and documents
  • Submitting late any additional documents requested by the consulate at a later stage.
  • The candidate fails to attend the visa interview requested by Skills Assessment, Visa, or Immigration Authority.
  • If the candidate fails to fetch the specified score in IELTS or PTE to satisfy the eligibility criteria and as advised by the Humble Immigrations Pvt. Ltd. consultants.

Humble Immigrations Pvt. Ltd. takes no responsibility for the precise amount of registration fees or the other charges for medicals or books for the school or universities which they collect from time to time. However, you'll be fully informed of the present fee structure.

Mode of Refund

As per the instructions of tax authorities and Govt. of India, all the refunds are going to be made out by an immediate online transfer within the respective bank accounts of the candidates or by a crossed Payee’s Account cheque and not by the way of cash.

Other Terms and Conditions of Fees:

Humble Immigrations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the proper to finish and terminate the service agreement at any time. Termination includes restricting the candidate to possess full or partial access to our Website and/or the other service provided to you by us.
